Are you tired of bringing the same dish to every summer gathering? Does the idea of prepping food for dozens of friends AND hosting them just eliminate the thought of having a party altogether? We understand.. so join Diane as she leads the class through several creative and fresh appetizers to add to your repertoire. We will turn out batches of Peekytoe Crab Dip, Salmon Stuffed Potatoes, Goat Cheese and Mushroom Triangles, and much more. There will be plenty of food to taste and likely some to take home at the end of the evening- and the best part is we will take care of the cleanup!
The Bianco names is synonymous with Good Food here on Deer Isle and the Blue Hill Peninsula. Diane calls Brooklin home now, but for years she ran a successful catering company in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts.
