Ross Florance will make his fourth appearance in the area, where he will serve a five course meal highlighting local seafood, farm produce, and foraged ingredients. Ross has cooked in some of the country's best kitchens, including Bouchon, Le Bernardin, and was most recently Sous Chef at Per Se in New York City. He is now Chef in Residence at a tech startup in New York.
