Join Margie to learn how to bring the bold and exciting flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine into your home. We will explore the building blocks of this area's signature dishes and how they are throughout Israel, Turkey, Lebanon and elsewhere in the region.
Join Margie to learn how to bring the bold and exciting flavors of Middle Eastern Cuisine into your home. You will be introduced to versatile spices such as harissa, za’atar,
and rose water and learn how to prepare several dishes from appetizers to dessert, many of which you will be able to take home and enjoy.
Margie is an accomplished baker classically trained in the pastry arts at L’Academie Cuisine and under White House Pastry Chef, Ann Amernick. She has worked as a baker, instructor, has co-authored a cookbook, and is currently the owner of her own catering business in Bethesda, MD and Stonington, ME.
