Join Lisa and Wes to explore new dishes to start off your next gathering. We will cover a variety of hors d'oevres and appetizers including mussels Rockefeller and a roasted vegetable dip that takes advantage of a late summer's bounty of produce.
Come learn a few new dishes to add to your repertoire that will be reason enough to invite your neighbors over for a dinner party. Lisa and Wes will cover a variety of hors d'oeuvres that will lend a fresh approach to entertaining.
Lisa Turner splits her time between Isle au Haut and Stonington. She has worked in several kitchen environments, most recently with Black Dinah Chocolatiers where she made ice cream and baked for their cafe.
Wes Norton is a home cook and director of Edible Island. He loves preparing new snacks and appetizers and looks forward to collaborating with Lisa on this class.
