Margie is an accomplished baker classically trained in the pastry arts at L’Academie Cuisine and under White House Pastry Chef, Ann Amernick.  She has worked as a baker, instructor, has co-authored a cookbook, and is currently the owner of her own catering business in Bethesda, MD and Stonington, ME.
