Learn the art of making flaky pie crust. Explore the culinary possibilities of local fresh fruits available during the summer here in Maine. We will be creating our own hand pies or galettes to take home and enjoy.
Kimberly Kral is a classically trained baker and works at Water's Edge Wines here in Stonington, Maine. You can also find her baked goods at the Stonington and Deer Isle farmers markets.
